Alimranmall does not offer "Cash Refunds."

Refunds are provided as wallet amount/store credit that can be used for future purchases.

Courier charges, whether local or international, are not eligible for refund or store credit. Only the suit price will be added to the wallet.

In the case of receiving defective or damaged products, alimranmall will replace the defective item with a new piece of the same product. If the product is out of stock, the suit amount will be added to the alimranmall wallet for a replacement order.

Pickup Orders can be canceled within 45 days after they are ready for collection. After the 45-day period, the order is not eligible for cancellation or store credit.

Stitching orders can be canceled within 45 days while measurements are awaited. After the 45-day period, the order is not eligible for cancellation or store credit.
